Shipping policy

• Shipping is free to all orders to USA & Canada which are sold through this website. This does not apply to Crusoe merchandise sold through 3rd parties such as Amazon or Bonfire, etc.
• Items sold through this store (celebritydachshund.com) are fulfilled out of New Jersey, USA.
• Items will be shipped USPS, Fedex, or UPS, and you will receive a tracking number by email upon shipment of your order.
• We currently only ship products through standard rates/times. We may upgrade to allow for faster shipping options in the future.
• Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be prepared and shipped. In times of exceptional demand, we may ask for up to a week. Shipping times to customers will vary depending on carrier, season, etc.

Please note: 3rd party products listed on this website but sold elsewhere (for example: Amazon, Bonfire, etc), are not in our control or management. Thus, please reach out to the 3rd party provider you purchased from for order or shipping support. If you are unsuccessful or unable to get the answer or resolution you need, please then reach out to us and we'll get it solved.
